Manchester City winger Savinho has informed the club of his desire to leave this summer as he seeks more playing time and further development in his career.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian forward has communicated his decision to Manchester City, with the next step now left in the hands of the Premier League champions.

Savinho is reportedly keen on a move that will give him more opportunities to play regularly and continue his growth at the highest level.

The 20-year-old joined Manchester City from Troyes in 2024 after an impressive season with Girona, where he played a key role in the Spanish club’s successful campaign and Champions League qualification.

Despite showing flashes of his quality, Savinho has faced strong competition for places at Manchester City, prompting him to consider a move away in search of more consistent game time.

Tottenham Hotspur have emerged as a potential destination for the winger, with the North London club having identified him as one of their priority targets.

Romano reported that Tottenham have been monitoring Savinho since May and remain interested in bringing the Brazilian to the club this summer.
