Galatasaray Targets Player who can surpass Victor Osimhen as the Turkish champions plan their next major transfer move

Galatasaray are reportedly interested in signing a player who could surpass the impact of Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen, according to Turkish football transfer specialist Burhan Can Terzi.

Terzi revealed that the Turkish champions are monitoring a potential target who could become a bigger figure at the club than Osimhen, although he clarified that the player is not Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes.

Speaking on the SporON YouTube channel, Terzi said Galatasaray were searching for a high-profile addition as they continue planning their squad for the future.

“Galatasaray is interested in someone who can beat Osimhen,” Terzi said, according to Habersarikirmizi.

“That player is not Bruno Fernandes. He’s not at the World Cup right now.”

Osimhen has become a key figure for Galatasaray since joining the club, helping the Turkish side secure back-to-back Turkish Super Lig titles.

The Nigerian forward still has less than three years remaining on his current contract, but his performances have made him one of the club’s most valuable assets.

Galatasaray’s reported search for another major attacking figure comes as the club continues to build on its recent domestic success and prepare for future challenges.

However, no name has been publicly confirmed as the player Terzi referred to, and Galatasaray have not officially announced any negotiations.
