Victor Osimhen reaches 52 goals, becoming Galatasaray’s fourth-highest scoring foreign player after victory over Rizespor

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen became Galatasaray’s all-time fourth-highest scoring foreign player following his goal in the club’s 3-0 victory against Rizespor in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday, February 9, 2026.

Barış Alper Yılmaz opened the scoring for Galatasaray in the 19th minute, with Yunus Akgün doubling the lead before Osimhen extended the advantage in the 73rd minute.

The goal took Osimhen’s tally for the club to 52 strikes, surpassing Bafétimbi Gomis’ 51 goals.

The top three foreign scorers ahead of Osimhen remain Mauro Icardi with 73 goals, Gheorghe Hagi with 72, and Milan Baros with 61 goals.
