Antonio Valencia urges Man Utd Caicedo Pacho signings, naming Chelsea’s Caicedo and PSG’s Pacho as ideal long-term options for Carrick

Former Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia has called for Man Utd Caicedo Pacho signings, urging the club to strengthen Michael Carrick’s squad with Moisés Caicedo and Willian Pacho, in remarks made on June 12, 2026.

Antonio Valencia, speaking in an interview with Hajper, said both players possess the quality and long-term potential to transform Manchester United’s squad and sustain success for years.

The former Ecuador international praised Chelsea midfielder Moisés Caicedo for his relentless energy, tactical intelligence, and consistency, describing him as an ideal partner for Kobbie Mainoo in midfield.

He suggested that Caicedo’s presence would allow Mainoo greater creative freedom, while providing balance and control in central areas, forming what he described as an “impressive partnership.”

Valencia also highlighted Paris Saint-Germain defender Willian Pacho as a strong candidate for the left-sided centre-back role, noting his pace, aerial strength, and defensive awareness.

The Man Utd Caicedo Pacho signings, according to Valencia, would offer both immediate improvement and long-term stability, with the pair capable of serving the club for a decade.

Valencia emphasised that both players are still young and developing, but already possess the technical and physical attributes required to compete at the highest level of European football.
