Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann is set to join Major League Soccer side Orlando City, with talks between the two clubs reportedly at an advanced stage.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the development on X, stating that Orlando City aim to complete the deal in the coming weeks following director Ricardo Moreira’s visit to Madrid.

Griezmann’s potential exit comes just weeks after Atletico Madrid signed Ademola Lookman from Atalanta.

The LaLiga club appears willing to let the French forward leave, particularly as Lookman has made a strong start in Spain, recording four goals and two assists since his January transfer.
