Atalanta await a new Inter offer in Ademola Lookman transfer news as the winger edges closer to San Siro after rejecting Napoli and agreeing personal terms

The Bergamo-based club value Lookman closer to €50 million and are unwilling to let him go cheaply, especially after his outstanding 2023–24 campaign and his status as African Footballer of the Year.

According to Calciomercato, Inter Milan are likely to increase their offer by €2 million to €3 million. The Nerazzurri have already reached personal terms with Lookman, signalling a strong intent to bring the player to San Siro.

“Lookman has shown he’s ready for the next step. His ambition aligns perfectly with our project,” an Inter source told local media.

Interestingly, Lookman reportedly turned down a move to Napoli, who are the reigning Serie A champions, in favour of joining Simone Inzaghi’s side.
